The work principle of CEEC excretement suction truck

The arrowhead in the picture shows the work status when inbreathe & drain liquid.
When inbreathe the liquid, put the suction tube into the manure pit, start the engine, and drive the vacuum pump to keep the inside tank on vacuum condition. So there will be atmosphere pressure difference between suction tube and tank inside to pressure liquid into the tank. The inbreathing port of the vacuum pump is up to the tank, so the liquid will be never in breathed into the tube or vacuum pump. 

Please read the operation manual carefully!
1. Parking the truck on level road or ground, don’t be working if the truck is askew.

2. Check the Drain Valve; be sure it is closed. Put the Suction Tube in manure pit, and please put the tube in gradient condition; not in uprightness to prevent jamming.

3. Put the handle of the Four Ways Valve to inner—in breathing position. (As following picture)

4.Put shift of the gear to neutral position, turn on the alarm set, start the engine, step the clutch, gear to the PTO and then adjust the hand-control accelerograph. When the engine speed is in 800—1400rpm, loose the clutch slowly, so the vacuum pump is working. The tank begin to inbreathe when the Vacuum Gauge point to 0.04—0.06. Please look at on the gauge and eyeglass. If the tank does not inbreathe when the gauge is up to 0.07-0.08, please stop to inbreathe immediately and check if the suction tube has been jammed. If it has jammed please clean the tube first then you can redo it follow the inbreathe step.

5.When you can see the fluid level from the fluid level window on the rear shell cover or the alarm begins ringing, the suction tube must be reeled out immediately to avoid the tank is full too much. At the same time, push the four ways valve down to the position of “drain”, pull the transmission shaft of the chassis to the neutral, cut the power off and turn off the alarm instrument.
