U-Shaped Dump Truck 

• High strength and light dead weight: The plates of dump body adopt manganese steel or 610 steel and the structure is in U-shape to utilize the arc shapes for bearing and distribution of forces, featuring light dead weight of whole vehicle, high loading coefficient, and obvious energy-saving effect.
• Bump resistance and impact resistance: The subframe adopts rectangular tube structure, with wings added on both sides to effectively enhance the bearing capacity of the whole vehicle. The special flexibility design of structure minimizes the splicing welds to effectively improve the bump resistance and impact resistance of the superstructure.
• Fast dumping and no residue: The front lifting and rear defector are adopted, the dump body is smoothly transitioned without any dead corner, and the on-time dumping is free of residue and features high operation efficiency.
• The unnecessary lifting cycles are reduced, which indirectly improves the service life of hydraulic system and the lifting safety of the vehicle
• The structure features low gravity center and high safety and the two-layer baseplate and high strength low section longitudinal beam or no longitudinal beam effectively reduce the gravity center of whole vehicle.
• The U-shaped structure achieves automatic concentration of cargo and reduces the load offset extent, which greatly improve the smoothness and safety of driving of the vehicle.
