After the truck reaches the destination, place the suction tube to the ordered
position.
Locate the four ways valve at the position of “drain”, start the engine, step
the clutch, gear to the PTO and then adjust the hand-control accelerograph.
When the engine speed is in 800rpm and the vacuum gauge point to 0.04-0.06, the
tank begins to drain. At the same time, loosen the clutch and the vacuum pump
starts exhaust air to drain the excrement inside the tank through the suction
tube. After drained, the engine must stop immediately, turn the PTO off, reel
the suction tube out and place it on the truck.

the drain valve at the top of the tank, the excrement will flow automatically.
After drain, the drain valve must be closed firstly, and then drive the truck
to avoid the remains liquid pollution for the road. (Attention: this operation
will be done just on the occasion of malfunction to the engine or vacuum pump.
Or this operation is not done. )
What's the maintenances of CEEC excrement suction truck?
1.
The lubrication type is BM-14 or machine oil instead.
2.
The lubrication for the vacuum pump must be change in a period. Generally,
after use 120-150 times, the oil should change to new ones.
3. When the vacuum pump works in order, the engine speed is 800-1400rpm. Too high
or below is not up to the work requirement of the vacuum pump.
4.
After gear to the PTO, the clutch pedal should loosen slowly. Because the high
speed running of the vacuum pump will damage to the components inside the
pump.
5.
Before every work days, the tank and all air tubes should be checked, never
leak of air, oil and liquid.

.Check tank vacuum pump, shaft and all bolts and nuts of the PTO every day.
7.
Check and maintain the alarm instrument every day to make sure it’s sensitive.
8.
The vacuum pump and all parts should maintain according to the entire truck
technology maintenance and lubricate.
9.
When the vacuum gauge points to 0.07-0.08, but the excrement don’t enter the
tank, it means that the suction tube is jammed. You should stop the engine and
vacuum pump, dredge the tubes and then start inbreathing.
10.
It is suggested have a test with water to acquaint with the operation before
using the truck.

Half-load transportation is forbidden strictly.
