CSC garbage compressor manual

Rear-loading CSC compressing garbage collector truck–CSC5150ZYSE , manufactured by CEEC TRUCKS INDUSTRY Co.,Ltd , is a environment-maintaining special vehicle which is used for fulfilling garbage-collecting and transportation. It consists of sealed tank, prime device, push-shovel, fluid drive system and electric-control system. The garbage is poured into the prime jaw and then compressed into the tank after crashing. So the loading capacity is much larger than the common ones. Besides, the process make sure the environment is not polluted, and the labour's service intensity is reduced. The vehicle with high automatization level adopts automatic operation system controlled by computer.

Shift gears handle to the neutral gear position, start the engine. After engine works for 2 minutes, step on clutch when barometer shows air pressure is above 6.5*100Kpa, pull out the red round head handle of the air valve of PTO which situated at left side of the panel in cab, connect PTO and smoothly loosen the footplate of clutch when gear is in mesh position ( if there is sound of gear-collision, step on clutch footplate immediately, pull in the red round head handle on the air valve of PTO, then operate it according to the above-mentioned methods). Switch on power, the oil pump starts to work. In this situation, all the control valves are in the middle position. hydraulic system is in burthen-discharging condition.

Turn on the power switch on operation plate, power indicator light twinkling, prepare to work. When garbage collector truck doesn’t  work, place the power switch to “off” position on the operation plate.

Place the loading-discharging choosing switch on operation panel in cab in the loading work position, loading indicator light lights.

Place the automatic/manual shift switch on the operation panel of the cab into automatic gear position, button box on both sides of the prime device at the rear of the truck should be in automatic loading condition.
